@dcbrau @baxterbrewing The Daughters of Poseidon (8% ABV) a collaboration black IPA brewed with oysters. Poured a dark coffee brown, with a tan head. Smells of caramel malts, dark chocolate, and roasted coffee. Tastes chocolatey with a super bitter hop bite aftertaste. The mouthfeel reminds me of milk, creamy and smooth. 8.7/10 a great example of a black IPA. #blackipa #beerreviews #craftnotcrap
